ARBITRATION AND ADJUDICATION
Charles Brown is a Chartered Arbitrator and accredited Adjudicator. He has been appointed in more than 25 disputes often as a sole arbitrator. He has been appointed as an Adjudicator in more than 75 construction disputes and is a member of a number of DAB panels.

He arbitrates in the UK and other jurisdictions including the Middle East/Gulf and South East Asia.

His arbitrations and adjudications have ranged from claims from £50,000 to over £150m and have included declaratory awards and decisions on issues including contract construction and interpretation, termination and quality.

Charles lectures and writes extensively about Arbitration and Adjudication.

In 2015 he will be the President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
